NSW Procurement is now well advanced in the development of a new whole of NSW Government Contract for a Print Management Solution. This new contract offers a modular and scalable solution that will address your needs for commercial printing, print management service providers and print warehousing and logistics. Your department may choose to utilise specific modules tailored to a particular need, size and resource allocation. Alternatively, if your department is seeking an end-to-end print management solution, you may decide to utilise all modules.
The Requests for Tender (RFT) is now close to completion and the release date will be announced shortly.
In April 2010, the old printing arrangement with Salmat expired.The Printing Delegation will continue as the overarching guideline for one-off and low value print procurement until the new contract is established.
While the new Print Management Solution Contract is being established, please talk to NSW Procurement regarding your print needs. We would be happy to work with you in ensuring a print arrangement that is short term and easily transitioned into the new whole of government Contract.
