Prequalification Scheme:
Performance & Management Services
Industry Forum 2012
The Minister for Finance and Services, the Hon. Greg Pearce MLC, has initiated a fundamental review of Government's procurement system to make doing business with Government simpler, easier and more attractive. A priority of the review is to cut red tape associated with Government procurement, to streamline participation requirements for suppliers to Government, and to promote opportunities for small to medium enterprise suppliers to access Government procurement opportunities.
As part of this reform, a review of the Prequalification Scheme: Performance Management and Services has identified a range of opportunities to improve access to the Scheme, and to improve its operation.
Service providers interested in providing consultancy advice to NSW Government are invited to attend a forum outlining these proposed changes and to provide feedback to Government.
Attendance at this event is not mandatory, and is limited to one representative per service provider.
